Following our recent experience of using David Cooper for our refurbishment project we can and will highly recommend David Cooper to others. He is a real asset to Dulux. Our project was complex involving multiple surfaces and colours (our interior designer brings a varied palette to each job). David was a mainstay in the timely delivery of the scheme from start to finish. He spent time explaining his approach, provided a thorough estimate and timeline. He started as agreed and worked through according to his schedule. He is punctilious. His preparation work was second to none. We have used a number of decorators over the years but he stood out. All surfaces were carefully prepared. Attention was paid to protecting other surfaces. Dust, if any, was kept to a minimum. He has some fine Festool equipment which I have never seen other decorators using. The investment which he places in his business and skill in operation ensures that he has the competition licked. When issues arose along the way, and we had anticipated as much owing to the complexity of the refurbishment and need to take everything back to bare bones he had practical and reasonable solutions and engaged with us daily in a calm and professional way. David had to contend with a busy household of children and dogs coming in and out of his work area. Never phased by it, he became part of our family set up and was a real pleasure to have around. Having experienced David's work we would never look elsewhere for another decorator and we are truly impressed by his excellent work product. On time and to budget offering excellent value for money. We have always seen Dulux as a hallmark of quality and David, as your agent, has surpassed our expectations. We would strongly recommend both David and Dulux Select to anyone we encounter. Our regret, if anything, is that we did not use David sooner!
