Paul Portman is the most professional and excellent decorator. He has been the main reason for our beautiful home. His work is truly phenomenal. I couldn't rate him highly enough. The door looks completely brand new. It was Paul’s suggestion to have them painted in the fresh white colour and it’s turned the house around amazingly. The staircase that Paul completed has absolutely transformed our hallway. He carefully worked around difficult areas and it’s perfect. The room we had renovated above our garage now looks even better due to Mr Portman’s excellent decorating work. It makes a small area look much bigger. A pleasure to work with. - Miss C Green
